Peaches Geldof (It's totally ok if you don't know who she is - some socialite from london buzzing around NY) is ready to call it quits after 96 days of marriage. For the reason she is cited as saying she doesn't "fancy him anymore" ("him" being the husband). And i'd like to bring up Britney Spears' Las Vegas marriage that lasted less than a day. Aaah, the refreshing breeze of the sanctity of marriage. Now that Prop 8 has been enforced I think we can all breathe easy that the only people crapping on this holy communion will be heterosexual couples, and definitely not same-sex couples who have been committed to each other for decades and would weep given the chance to enter into such a bind. :)
